Insulation Inspection Rules for Electronic Connectors: The same type of insulating material produced by qualified suppliers, the product performance is stable (no quality problems occurred within a year and returned), sampling every 5 tons.
For the qualified supplier's new insulating materials or the first supplier's insulating materials or samples, the first type test shall be done by sampling, and the five subsequent suppliers shall be sampled, and after passing the test, they may be converted to separate batch sampling. If the insulating material is found to be unqualified once by sampling, it shall be sampled according to the provisions of the first batch of supply. 3.1.4 Each batch of insulating materials must be accompanied by a quality guarantee or test report of the supplier's materials.
Sampling method: 2 bags or more per batch. Testable items are tensile strength, elongation at break, dielectric strength, volume resistivity, volume resistivity at 80 C, oxygen index and density.
Performance that cannot be tested is checked and accepted according to the manufacturer's inspection report or warranty. The packing insulating material is packed in plastic film bags and PP woven fabric/kraft paper composite for external use. The net weight of each bag is 25 +0.2 kg, but no negative deviation is allowed per ton.
Mark: Insulation packaging of board-to-board connectors must be marked with the name of the manufacturer, material type and name, date of production, net weight and product certificate, etc. 6 Attachments When the insulating material of electronic wire connector enters the factory, the quality assurance certificate or quality inspection report of the manufacturer shall be attached. For the first time, the manufacturer must attach the type test report of the statutory inspection department. In normal supply, the manufacturer must provide the type test report of the statutory inspection department every two years.
The insulating material of the connector of transport electronic wire should not be exposed to sunshine or rain, and the packaging should not be damaged.
Storage of insulating materials for electronic wire connectors should be stored in a clean, cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. The storage period is 12 months from the date of production.
